Property Access

  • Guests have access to the entire property and its amenities.
  • Direct access to the garage on one side and to the fully fenced backyard from the office.
  • There is a baby safety gate on the deck.

Policies and Rules

  • Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
  • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are prohibited.
  • Quiet hours: 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors (cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes). Cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
  • Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max dogs: 2.
  • Firepit and BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
  • No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on property.
  • Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction without refund.
  • Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
